4 mortgages on my credit report that were part of a morgage fraud scam. Can I get these removed from credit?

This has caused me to file bankruptcy which has been discharged. Can I dispute these and have removed from the credit report? The title company is out of business, the appraiser over-appraised the homes and the individuals are under investigation.

Transunion/Equifax – Is there a way to remove the “Fraud Victim Flag” i Placed on my Credit File?
