I have heard that if credit buero dont delete the account then the dispute becomes active and the accounts remains on the CR for next 10 years. Since experian already deleted it? Is there a way I can get it deleted from other credit reports by sending them the experian corrected report? Thanks in advance.
Medical debt should be covered by insurance and is currently under investigation with medical facility. In the meantime, debt was purchased by a collection agency who now is calling repeatedly demanding payment. I’ve disputed with credit bureaus and with collection agency, but they are now threatening legal action. What else can I do?
What’s the diff? Will my score improve? First time it shows up is OCT and NOV 2003…….I found out in 2007 and got the matter partially resolved in OCT 2007 (transunion and equifax took the collection lines off; experian kept it).
