When I was in college I kind of got some bad credit. Now I’m looking to raise my credit score. I have three credit cards and am always paying the bills on-time. Is there anything else I can do to raise my score?
1- How would I know if something goes wrong and someone stolen my Identity ? 2- Does obtaining this free credit report lower my score ? Thanks

I have recently been notified that my interest rate is going up because of an overdraft, but I’m considering paying off this card and closing it: it is one of my oldest cards. How would it affect my credit score? Any other suggestions for what to do? Thanks!
