What is the Statue of Limitations on a Medical Debt in the state of Colorado?
14 Aug, 2010 in CollectionsThe debt is 5 years old. No payments and no promises to pay. Not sure if the debt is mine or not. All they have sent me is a computer screen printout of the amount I owe. No signatures or anything.
