I was involved in a car accident and the driver had no insurance, now I have millions of dollars in medical bills and there is no way I will ever be able to pay them all back. What can I do?

Assuming that you have checked all of your insurance carefully and they don’t have to pay any more than they already have, your best bet is to talk to the people that provided your medical care.
If there is any grant money available they would know about it and it would be in their best interest to help you obtain it.
If there is no, or not enough, grant money available, the providers may be willing to reduce or waive some, most, or almost all, of their charges.
