She has been using my name on all utility bills and used a credit card under my name which has resulted in a Default judgment in my name preventing me to get any type of loans for school and has actually declined some jobs in my name. I didn’t think it would come this far, but this is ridiculous. I want to have my own life own job and everything, and she has taken the stuff away it seems like. Sometimes I hate living now.
You go to the cops.

You need to contact the utility companies, credit card companies, and anywhere else that she’s using your name. They will probably point you toward the postmaster general or some other authorities.
You can also simply call the local police if you are comfortable doing that.
In the meantime, pull your credit report and start the process of getting your record cleaned. It takes a while.

call the police and make a report. They will direct you what to do. Apparently she doesn’t love you to do such a thing to her own child.
She couldn’t do it with you signing something.
If she forged your signature, which I don’t think happened, you can definitely bring charges.
Wow, that sucks. Here’s what I suggest you do to report your mom and fix your credit (and yes it is a pain in the a$$ but it’s what works):
- Call the companies and file a fraud report
- Request a copy of your credit report from all 3 credit bureaus
- Call your local cops and file an identity theft report. If you give them the information they need, they’ll investigate it.
- Go to the Federal Trade Commission’s website and fill out their online report. Then print out and fill out the FTC identity theft affidavit & have it notorized.
- Dispute the negative marks on your credit reports that your mom caused and use the police report and FTC affidavit as back up. Hopefully the negative marks will be removed and you won’t be held liable.
Unfortunately, it’s not going to get fixed quickly because all these people move at a snail’s pace.
