Is it legal to open personal bank account in another country like Canada, or Mexico?
And if you do, is it going to appear in your Credit Report form Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian?
And if does can the American Government or Judgments put hand on it?
Is it punishable to open a bank account in Canada even if you report the income tax?

1. You can open a bank account in any country you want to unless it’s one that we have barred from doing business with.
2. Bank accounts do not show on credit reports.
3. In the 2 country’s you mentioned yes they can.
