No, you are legally entitled to one free credit report from each of the three big credit reporting agencies each year, However, there is no such requirement for your credit score and there is no place that you can get it for free. You have to purchase it.
If you want a free credit report head to http://www.annualcreditreport.com That is the website that you can get your credit report from all 3 of the bureau’s once a year. You will not be able to see a credit score however. You can use the info in your report to surmise if you have a good or bad score. If you want your FICO score, unfortunately you have to pay for it.

it gives you your free equifax credit report and equifax fico score then it’s 8.95 a month after the free trial,but if you want experian and transunion’s score you’ll have to pay for them.
