    nope.
    it does not.

    get a credit card.

transfer 1000 dollars off your credit card into your bank…
pay your credit card with that 1000 dollars. get credit.

  3. I would think NOT, because it doesn’t DECREASE your credit score when you don’t pay it on time… So I’m guessing it doesn’t INCREASE it either.

Probably because it’s NOT a line of credit…

No it wont.. The only time the cellphone will ever show up on your credit is when they ran it at the time of you signing up and if you default they will report it as a collection… Cell phones are viewed as utilities and are nothing like a credit card so it wont raise your credit score at all.

On time or early repayment of large installment loans will raise your credit (i.e. furniture, car, house). I raised my score in 5 years from 540 to 775 right after graduating from college starting with no job history, no established place of residence, and no established credit cards. In those five years, I purchased and paid off a car, a truck, bedroom furniture, a laptop, a school loan, and gym equipment. I only co-signed on the car to start off. Everything else was in my name only. I paid everything off well before the due date and I didn’t move once during those five years. A proven history of responsible spending that shows your ability to pay off your debts is the fastest way to raise your score. The bigger the purchase the better. Also, I have never noticed a negative impact with having too many credit cards. I have 15+ (most of them are hibernating in my safe). As long as the active balances are paid off each month, your credit score will not be negatively affected. In fact it will improve.
